Job Summary

Dedicated to providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will work remotely in the Eastern region, focusing on retaining small business advertisers through consultation and education while managing inbound calls and demonstrating the value of Yelp's advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Strengthen revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and consulting to current Yelp advertisers
  • Manage inbound phone queues, educating clients on ad performance metrics and handling escalated issues
  • Become an expert in Yelp's advertising solutions, adapting recommendations based on client needs and achieving monthly goals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
  • Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
  • Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle tough conversations professionally and solutions-oriented
