Job Summary
Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer support and consultation remotely, focusing on retaining clients and showcasing the value of Yelp's advertising solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Strengthen revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and consultations to current Yelp advertisers
- Manage inbound phone queues, educating clients on ad performance metrics and addressing their needs
- Utilize strong listening and conflict resolution skills to handle escalated client concerns effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
- Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
