Job Summary
Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer support, consult on ad performance, and handle client inquiries while working remotely in the Western region of the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Strengthen Yelp's revenue retention through timely customer support and consultations
- Manage inbound phone queues to educate current advertisers on their ad performance metrics
- Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
- Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
- Ability to manage tough conversations professionally and solutions-oriented
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple details in a fast-paced environment
