Job Summary
Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer service remotely while managing inbound calls, consulting on advertising solutions, and demonstrating the value of Yelp's services to enhance revenue retention.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely customer support to strengthen Yelp's revenue retention
- Consult with current advertisers through an inbound phone queue, educating them on ad performance metrics
- Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
- Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
- Ability to manage tough conversations with business owners professionally
- Strong time management and organizational skills
