Inbound Retention Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer support to small business advertisers, focusing on retention and consulting while managing an inbound phone queue during a Saturday-Wednesday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen Yelp's revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and consulting to current advertisers
• Educate clients on the value of Yelp's advertising solutions and performance metrics
• Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage tough conversations professionally and solutions-oriented
