Job Summary

Providing exceptional support to small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will work remotely, focusing on client retention and education while managing inbound calls on a Saturday-Wednesday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and consulting to current Yelp advertisers
• Consult and educate clients on ad performance metrics while handling escalated issues with strong conflict resolution skills
• Become an expert in Yelp's advertising solutions, adapting recommendations based on client needs and achieving monthly goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• A passion for supporting local businesses and understanding their impact on local economies
