Job Summary
Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will work remotely in the Western region, focusing on providing exceptional customer support, consulting, and retaining clients while managing an inbound phone queue during a Saturday to Wednesday schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Strengthen Yelp's revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and consultation to current advertisers
- Educate clients on ad performance metrics, showcasing the value of their investment
- Handle escalated client concerns using strong listening and conflict resolution skills
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
- Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
