Job Summary

Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will work remotely in the Western region, focusing on providing exceptional customer support, consulting, and retaining clients while managing an inbound phone queue during a Saturday to Wednesday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen Yelp's revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and consultation to current advertisers
• Educate clients on ad performance metrics, showcasing the value of their investment
• Handle escalated client concerns using strong listening and conflict resolution skills

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A passion for supporting local businesses and understanding their economic impact
