Inbound Retention Specialist

Job Summary

Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer support and consultation from a remote location, working a Saturday-Wednesday schedule to strengthen Yelp's revenue retention.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely customer support to current Yelp advertisers while consulting on their advertising needs
• Educate clients on the value of Yelp through ad performance metrics and handle escalated client issues
• Achieve and exceed monthly performance goals by adapting product recommendations and managing client relationships effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A passion for supporting local businesses and understanding their role in local economies
