Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer support to small business advertisers, focusing on retention and consulting while managing inbound inquiries on a Saturday-Wednesday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen Yelp's revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and consultation to current advertisers
• Educate clients on ad performance metrics and demonstrate the value of their investments
• Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle tough conversations professionally and solutions-oriented
