Job Summary

Dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will operate remotely within the Western region of the U.S., providing exceptional support to small business advertisers by consulting, educating, and retaining clients post-sale.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen Yelp's revenue retention through timely customer support and consultation
• Manage an inbound phone queue, educating current advertisers on ad performance metrics
• Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to handle tough conversations in a professional manner
