Job Summary
Dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will operate remotely within the Western region of the U.S., providing exceptional support to small business advertisers by consulting, educating, and retaining clients post-sale.
Key responsibilities
- Strengthen Yelp's revenue retention through timely customer support and consultation
- Manage an inbound phone queue, educating current advertisers on ad performance metrics
- Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
- Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle tough conversations in a professional manner
