Job Summary

Dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional support to small business advertisers remotely, working a permanent Saturday-Wednesday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen Yelp's revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and consultation to current advertisers
• Handle inbound calls to educate clients on ad performance metrics and demonstrate the value of their investment
• Utilize conflict resolution skills to manage escalated client concerns while achieving monthly performance goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally and with a solutions-oriented approach
