Job Summary

To support local businesses, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer support and consultation to current Yelp advertisers, focusing on revenue retention while working remotely from the Western region of the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen Yelp's revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and consultation to advertisers
• Engage with clients through an inbound phone queue, educating them on ad performance metrics and the value of Yelp's services
• Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills while consistently achieving monthly goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A passion for supporting local businesses and understanding their role in the economy
