Job Summary

Supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer service and consultation remotely, focusing on client retention and showcasing the value of Yelp's advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and education to current advertisers
• Manage inbound calls to consult clients and highlight their investment returns through ad performance metrics
• Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
