Job Summary
Supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer service and consultation remotely, focusing on client retention and showcasing the value of Yelp's advertising solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Strengthen revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and education to current advertisers
- Manage inbound calls to consult clients and highlight their investment returns through ad performance metrics
- Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
- Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
