Job Summary
Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, consult on advertising solutions, and retain clients remotely while residing in the Western region of the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Strengthen revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and consulting for current advertisers
- Manage inbound phone consultations, educating clients on ad performance metrics to demonstrate value
- Utilize conflict resolution skills to handle escalated client issues and adapt product recommendations based on client needs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
- Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle tough conversations professionally and maintain a solutions-oriented approach
