Job Summary

Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, consult on advertising solutions, and retain clients remotely while residing in the Western region of the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Strengthen revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and consulting for current advertisers
  • Manage inbound phone consultations, educating clients on ad performance metrics to demonstrate value
  • Utilize conflict resolution skills to handle escalated client issues and adapt product recommendations based on client needs
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
  • Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
  • Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle tough conversations professionally and maintain a solutions-oriented approach
