Job Summary

Supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will work remotely in the Western region, focusing on providing exceptional customer support, consulting on advertising solutions, and retaining clients through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen revenue retention by providing timely customer support to Yelp advertisers
• Consult and educate clients on ad performance metrics while managing an inbound phone queue
• Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle tough conversations professionally and solutions-oriented
