Job Summary

Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer support and consult with clients remotely while residing in the Eastern region of the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Strengthen revenue retention by providing timely customer support and consulting for current Yelp advertisers
  • Manage an inbound phone queue to educate clients on ad performance metrics and demonstrate the value of Yelp
  • Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills while achieving monthly goals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
  • Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
  • Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle tough conversations professionally and adapt to a fast-paced environment
