Job Summary
Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer service, consult on advertising solutions, and help retain clients remotely while residing in the Eastern region of the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Strengthen revenue retention by delivering timely customer support to current Yelp advertisers
- Consult and educate clients about their advertising performance while managing an inbound phone queue
- Utilize strong listening and conflict resolution skills to handle escalated client issues effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
- Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle tough conversations with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
