Job Summary

Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer support, consult on advertising solutions, and help retain clients remotely while residing in the Western region of the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen Yelp's revenue retention by delivering timely customer support to current advertisers
• Consult and educate clients on ad performance metrics while managing an inbound phone queue
• Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle difficult conversations in a professional manner
