Job Summary

Dedicated to supporting local businesses, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer support to small business advertisers, consulting and retaining them post-sale while working remotely from the Eastern region of the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Strengthen revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and consulting to current Yelp advertisers
  • Manage inbound calls to educate clients on ad performance metrics and demonstrate the value of their investments
  • Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills while consistently achieving monthly goals
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
  • Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
  • Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business preferred
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle tough conversations professionally and adapt to a fast-paced environment
