Job Summary

Dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will operate remotely within the Eastern region, focusing on supporting and retaining small business advertisers through exceptional customer service and consultation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely customer support to strengthen Yelp's revenue retention
• Consult and educate current Yelp advertisers while managing an inbound phone queue
• Analyze ad performance metrics to demonstrate value to clients and handle escalated issues professionally

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle tough conversations in a professional manner
