Inbound Retention Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Inbound Retention Specialist will support and retain small business advertisers through exceptional customer service, consulting, and education, while operating on a Saturday-Wednesday schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely customer support to strengthen revenue retention for Yelp's advertisers
- Consult and educate clients on ad performance metrics while managing inbound calls
- Utilize internal tools to research and analyze data, handling objections and providing tailored product recommendations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
- Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
- Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle tough conversations professionally and maintain a solutions-oriented approach
