Inbound Retention Specialist

Job Summary

Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Retention Specialist will work remotely with a Saturday-Wednesday schedule, providing exceptional customer support, consulting on advertising solutions, and helping to retain clients by showcasing the value of Yelp's services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely customer support to strengthen revenue retention for Yelp's advertisers
• Consult and educate clients by highlighting their investment returns through ad performance metrics
• Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
• Ability to handle tough conversations professionally and solutions-oriented
• Strong time management and organizational skills
