Inbound Retention Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Inbound Retention Specialist will provide exceptional customer support to small business advertisers, focusing on retention and consulting while managing an inbound phone queue during a Saturday-Wednesday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen Yelp's revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and consulting for current advertisers
• Educate clients on the value of Yelp's advertising solutions and highlight investment returns through performance metrics
• Handle escalated client issues using strong listening and conflict resolution skills while achieving monthly performance goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
• Technical proficiency with computers and information systems
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple details effectively
• Access to a high-speed internet connection; satellite internet or mobile hotspots are not acceptable
