Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing smart devices
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting with product selection
• Guide customers through the purchasing process and ensure satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least six months experience in customer service
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology preferred
