Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Advisor, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing smart devices
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and assisting with product selection
- Guide customers through the purchasing process and ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least six months experience in customer service
- Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM
- Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology is preferred
