Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Advisor to contribute to its consumer strategy by handling inbound calls and managing customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales results by providing exceptional customer service and meeting monthly sales goals for strategic products
  • Maintain and grow the existing customer base by addressing billing inquiries and reselling TDS services
  • Stay updated on promotions, products, and technology to achieve sales goals
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ months experience in a sales role
  • 2+ years' experience using a PC with various software packages
  • 6+ months experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a structured contact center environment
  • Understanding of telecommunication products and services
