A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion and manage the admissions process for each client
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline the admissions process
• Maintain meticulous client records and engage with prospective clients in a compassionate manner

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2+ years of contact-center technology experience
• 1-2+ years of sales experience
• At least 1 year of experience in Salesforce or similar CRM
• Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health context a plus
