Inbound Sales Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations
• Field inbound and make outbound calls to current and potential customers regarding products and services
• Maintain and manage the sales leads database while following established sales processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education in Sales, Marketing, or Business preferred
• At least one year of sales experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Windows and familiarity with billing systems; experience with CRM software is helpful
• Ability to present information clearly and effectively over the phone
• Resilient attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced call center environment
