Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with small business owners via phone or digital channels to understand their business needs
• Recommend suitable products based on customer challenges and explain their benefits
• Address customer concerns and provide support while staying updated on the latest tools and services

Required Qualifications

• Experience in sales, particularly in accounting or financial services
• Ability to conduct influential sales rather than direct selling
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Payroll products
• Willingness to participate in regular coaching and training sessions
• Availability to work shifts from 7am-3:30pm MT or 8am-4:30pm MT
