Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Consultant to handle inbound sales calls and process orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Takes inbound sales calls, processes orders, and sells products/services
• Identifies sales opportunities by learning about the customer's business and linking their needs to the products/services offered
• Efficiently multi-tasks across multiple PC order systems while communicating with customers and ensuring timely and accurate transactions

Required Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Call center experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
