Key Responsibilities

• Takes inbound sales calls, processes orders, and sells products/services
• Identifies sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and customizing offers
• Efficiently navigates multiple PC order systems while ensuring timely communication and transaction accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Call center experience is preferred
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
