Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Consultant to handle inbound sales calls and process orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Takes inbound sales calls, processes orders, and sells products/services while identifying customer needs
• Utilizes a prescribed sales approach to address customer needs and customize offers to build value in products and services
• Efficiently navigates multiple PC order systems while ensuring timely communications and accuracy on transactions

Required Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Call center experience is preferred
• Customer service experience is preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
