Key Responsibilities

• Takes inbound sales calls, processes orders, and answers customer questions while selling products/services

• Efficiently navigates multiple PC order systems while ensuring timely communication and accuracy in transactions

Required Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment
