Job Summary
Taking inbound sales calls, the full-time Inbound Sales Consultant will process orders, answer questions, and identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identifies sales opportunities by learning about the customer's business and linking their needs to available products and services
- Utilizes a prescribed sales approach to resolve customer needs and customize offers to build value in products and services
- Efficiently navigates multiple PC order systems while communicating with customers to ensure timely and accurate transactions
Required qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
