Job Summary
Working overnight in a fully remote capacity, the Inbound Sales Consultant will assist high-net-worth guests in purchasing luxurious cruises by handling inbound sales calls, making personalized travel recommendations, and building lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls and identify customer needs to provide tailored travel recommendations
- Make follow-up outbound calls, overcome objections, and close sales effectively
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with leads to drive consumer loyalty
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably as an Account Executive
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales KPI metrics
- Flexibility to work overnight, weekends, and holidays
- Strong experience in telephone sales with the ability to close on the first call
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and equipment, including MS Word, Teams, and Outlook
