Job Summary
Taking inbound sales calls, the full-time Inbound Sales Consultant will process orders, answer questions, and identify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identifies sales opportunities by learning about the customer's business and linking their needs to the offered products/services
- Utilizes a prescribed sales approach to customize offers, build value, and overcome objections
- Efficiently navigates multiple PC order systems while ensuring timely communication and accuracy on all transactions
Required qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- High School diploma or GED
- Call center experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
