Job Summary

To support the growth of a fast-paced startup, the full-time Inbound Sales Development Representative will manage inbound lead qualification, schedule discovery calls, and maintain CRM hygiene while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own timely responses across inbound channels including website forms, email, live chat, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify inbound leads and route opportunities appropriately across enterprise and SMB/mid-market segments
  • Schedule discovery and demo calls for account executives
Required qualifications
  • Prior customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail, service, support, or sales environments
  • Ability to communicate clearly, ask thoughtful questions, and actively listen
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow through on details
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with evolving processes
  • Willingness to learn quickly and understand technical products deeply
