Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative, Inbound.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify high-volume inbound leads through multi-channel outreach
- Conduct consultative discovery to understand prospect pain points and priorities
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in Salesforce and refine inbound processes
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer-facing, SDR, or sales role, preferably in high-velocity environments
- Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to build or improve processes or workflows
- High level of comfort operating in a fast-paced, inbound-heavy environment
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year university is preferred
