Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative, Enterprise - Americas (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound SME leads across assigned regions
  • Engage inbound inquiries via phone and email to assess interest, urgency, and fit, and coordinate meetings with sales partners
  • Maintain accurate records of lead activity and collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to achieve sales targets
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Inbound Sales, or Pipeline Generation role in the technology sales or SaaS industry
  • Demonstrated track record in a high-volume, fast-paced inbound environment
  • Understanding of B2B data sources and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator)
  • Goal-oriented with a sense of ownership and curiosity
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
