Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team of Financial Solutions Consultants, the full-time Inbound Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by converting qualified prospects into clients while working remotely and residing in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area for occasional in-person meetings.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Financial Solutions Advisors to achieve performance goals
  • Oversee the full sales cycle and manage forecasting, pipeline health, and conversion metrics using Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Client Success, and Operations to ensure a seamless client experience and drive referral revenue
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in accounting, finance, or professional services
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing quota-carrying sales professionals
  • Extensive knowledge of bookkeeping, CFO, and outsourced finance services
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow, and budgeting
  • Proven success selling complex professional services to SMB and mid-market decision makers
