Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Phone Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to families on senior care options through inbound calls
• Conduct initial consultation calls and educate families on customized senior care solutions
• Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets
• Ability to multitask effectively while communicating and taking notes
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and internal CRM systems
• Successful completion of the new hire training program
