Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to generate revenue through new leads and assist with current customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and qualify lead potential using discovery questions
  • Quote clients based on needs and create customer orders/accounts
  • Utilize Salesforce/CRM software to track customer data and ensure top-quality service for assigned accounts
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of proven inside sales experience with excellent phone presentation skills
  • Strong sales mindset and ability to assess revenue generating potential of leads
  • Resiliency in dealing with changing circumstances and client rejection
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
