Inbound Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to families on senior care options while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Handle inbound, pre-screened leads and conduct initial consultation calls with families
• Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales or an inbound call center
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets
• Ability to multitask while communicating and taking notes
• Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems
• Completion of a new hire training program is required
