Inbound Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative (Remote/Central Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to families on senior care options while delivering an exceptional experience
• Handle inbound, pre-screened leads and conduct initial consultation calls with families
• Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after completing training

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales or an inbound call center
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets
• Ability to multitask effectively while engaging with customers
• Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
• Capability to learn and navigate an internal CRM system
