Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative (Remote/Eastern Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an expert resource for families exploring senior care options, ensuring an exceptional experience
• Handle inbound pre-screened leads and conduct initial consultation calls with families
• Educate families on customized senior care options and act as a liaison with senior housing communities or care providers

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets
• Ability to multitask effectively while communicating with clients
• Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel
• Capability to learn and navigate internal CRM systems
