Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to join their call center team.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from potential customers and provide exceptional service
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals while accurately entering customer details into CRM systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of inbound phone sales experience in a high-volume call center environment
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Must be 18 years of age or older
