Inbound Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inbound Trade Advisor (Inside Sales Representative).

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming sales inquiries and conduct needs assessments to determine service suitability
• Manage opportunity and lead pipelines, maintaining accurate data in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams and conduct sales presentations to onboard new customers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com
• Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian customs brokerage and compliance
• Sales acumen and effective time management skills
