Job Summary
To support a growing sales team, the full-time Inbound Sales Representative will perform inbound and outbound sales calls to potential customers, generating sales through a national advertising campaign while working in a hybrid environment, with in-office days Tuesday through Thursday and remote work on Friday and Saturday.
Key responsibilities
- Perform inbound and outbound sales calls with potential customers
- Meet and exceed sales goals by generating sales from inbound calls and following up with potential customers
- Deliver exceptional customer service while providing security and safety solutions tailored to individual needs
Required qualifications
- 1 year of sales experience required
- Prior experience in commission-based sales
- Must be comfortable in a high-volume inbound/outbound call center environment
- Computer proficiency with sales platforms and CRM data entry
- Previous successful sales experience required
