Job Summary

Seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to join a remote call center team, who will manage incoming and outbound customer inquiries, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales performance in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and make outbound calls to potential customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Build rapport with customers, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate products and services
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals while accurately entering customer and order details into CRM systems
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of inbound phone sales or customer service experience in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with Salesforce experience preferred
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven call center environment
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong multitasking ability and technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office and general computer systems
