Job Summary

Focused on handling inbound sales calls, emails, and chats, the full-time Inbound Sales Representative will sell products and calibration services while building customer relationships and meeting sales objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound sales inquiries and provide technical product support to customers
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through a consultative sales approach
  • Prepare product quotes and orders, while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Required qualifications
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage customer data accurately
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED, with related experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively and maintain professional telephone etiquette
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
