Job Summary
Focused on handling inbound sales calls, emails, and chats, the full-time Inbound Sales Representative will sell products and calibration services while building customer relationships and meeting sales objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound sales inquiries and provide technical product support to customers
- Build and maintain customer relationships through a consultative sales approach
- Prepare product quotes and orders, while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Required qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage customer data accurately
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED, with related experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain professional telephone etiquette
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
